I’m Carlene, the face behind “She’s Active”.
I’ve been a pre and postnatal fitness instructor for the last 4 years in and around the Cotswolds and I have recently qualified as a level 3 personal trainer.
I’m a mum myself and have 2 girls, Robyn (8) and Nancy (5). I’m super passionate about women’s postnatal health, after returning to fitness too quickly myself after having my first baby, I want to use my experience to help others return to fitness safely.
I also know how important exercise is for mental health, my classes are welcoming and supportive and full of amazing like minded ladies.
