Active Bootcamp

Ladies only outdoor bootcamp

This is our 6 week progressive fitness programme, designed to help you get fitter and stronger with a focus on fuelling your body for fitness! None of that 1,200 calorie malarkey here! 

Our bootcamps consist of short bursts of medium-high impact and strength based exercise that will work your muscles and improve your fitness levels.

This is suitable for anyone who wants to progress from our mum and baby class (you must be at least 9 months postnatal) and try something a little more ‘hardcore’ to kickstart their fitness regime.
