Community Spaces Programme

Free Classes for Anyone That Needs Them

  • Are you a Mum struggling with your mental health?

  • Are you a Mum who just needs a pick me up but don’t quite have the funds to accommodate?

  • Are you a community worker or health care professional who has regular contact with vulnerable Mums?

Well this is where our ‘Community Spaces Programme’ come in!

The programme is all about giving more to the community, and reaching the Mums who really need the help and support - physically, emotionally or financially.

The link between physical and mental health is undeniable and having access to regular exercise classes can really help boost your mood and mind, as well as give you the opportunity to meet like-minded ladies in a safe and fun environment.

The Community Spaces Project offers a month’s free exercise classes to any Mum or Mum-to-be who needs it.

With access to our classes you, and your little ones, can come and exercise with us and see what we are all about. You can start to rebuild yourself in every way you need to, with the specialist support and guidance from a level 3 pre and postnatal fitness expert.

All you need to do to access our project, or find out more, is drop me an email - carlene@shes-active.co.uk

Health visitors, midwifes, community workers or any other healthcare professionals can request more info or leaflets to hand out on here too.
