This is the course for you! Now just to decide if you want to join us online or face to face.
Online or face to face courses
The course is 6 weeks long and can be completed any time. You will get a scheduled 1:1 call/zoom/WhatsApp each week to check on your progress and give you the chance to ask any questions.
The course combines education, postural training and functional movements to give you the tools to protect your body and help it heal.
Each week you will receive an education video focussing on a different area, a low impact workout suitable for everyone and the exercises for that week.
Face to face course
Ran in collaboration with Birth, Baby, Balance.
The course is 6 weeks long, you will get 6 x 1 hour classes, a personalised plan to follow outside of class and a weekly check in to discuss your progress and to give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.
The course combines education, breathing, posture assessment and functional movements to give you the tools to protect your body and help it heal.
Each week there will be an education element focusing on a different area of postnatal recovery, core and pelvic floor exercises and a low impact workout, finishing with a group chat.
September course launches 13th September 11am-12pm.
November course launches 1st November 11am-12pm.
