1:1, small group or online

Keeping fit during or after pregnancy is important both physically and mentally, but there is often a sense of uncertainty as to what is safe. 

I am offering 1:1 sessions either face to face or online and 2:1 or small group training sessions in blocks of 6. Each 6 week package includes:
- Free initial consultation

- Lifestyle advice to help you meet your goals

- Programme of workouts to follow at home

- 6 x 1 hour long sessions

This is for you if you want to:

- Train safely during pregnancy to help prepare for birth
- Repair and restore your body after having a baby 
- Lose weight and get stronger physically and mentally

I understand you may not want to or be able to go back to a gym or group environment, all sessions will work around little ones, I'm on hand to entertain them while we focus on your session.

Sessions can take place in your home/garden, a suitable outdoor space or online.
