Core and Pelvic Floor Recovery

- Experiencing 'little leaks'? - Suffered a prolapse? - Do you have diastasis recti? - Does your core need strengthening/healing after having a baby? - Want to prepare your postnatal body to return to exercise? No matter how old your baby is, if you answered yes to any of the above then this is the course for you! The course is 6 weeks long and can be completed any time. You will get a scheduled 1:1 call/zoom/WhatsApp each week to check on your progress and give you the chance to ask any questions. You will need to purchase a loop resistance band, I'd suggest a light and progress to a medium. The course combines education, postural training and functional movements to give you the tools to protect your body and help it heal. Each week you will receive an education video focussing on a different area, a low impact workout suitable for everyone and the exercises for that week. Once you request to join I will be in touch to arrange your consultation and aim to book it in within 48 hours of joining, please ensure you have had the consultation before beginning any exercise.
