Mum and baby/toddler class
This 45 minute class is suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (10-12 weeks post c-section) or when you feel ready from that point.
This class is aimed at getting mums back in to exercise safely after having a baby. With exercises to help strengthen the core and pelvic floor and low impact cardio and strength exercises I will work with each of you to help your recovery and gradually build up to where you want to be fitness wise.

A 50 minute class which includes circuit based exercise, core and pelvic floor exercises with safe stretching and finishing with relaxation.
This class is designed to keep you fit through pregnancy while helping to prepare you for birth and labour.
Suitable for pregnant women from 14 weeks gestation until birth (or when you feel ready to stop).

Ladies only 6 week bootcamp
This is our 6 week progressive programme for ALL ladies. If you are a mum you must be postnatally recovered (and at least 6 months postnatal). Are you ready to take the next steps on your fitness journey?

Outdoor mum and baby buggy fitness class
This is a 45 minute class suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (10-12 weeks post c-section) or when you feel ready from those points and is aimed at getting mums back into fitness safely after having a baby.
This class uses bodyweight exercises, low impact cardio and resistance bands to help improve fitness levels and build strength.
Great for those of you who prefer to be in the great outdoors! No fancy buggy needed as we don't use it to exercise with.
Brize Norton - 9:30am
Ladies only evening circuits
A 45 minute class using body weight and cardio exercises with resistance bands and weights to help improve your strength and fitness levels week on week.
Each week focusses on a different theme e.g. Upper body, cardio, boxing, tabata etc. to make a varied and fun filled workout.
Suitable for all ladies, if you are a mum you should be at least 4 months postnatal.

1:1 or Online Personal Training
Keeping fit during or after pregnancy is important both physically and mentally but there is often a sense of uncertainty as to what is safe.
I am offering 1:1 sessions either face to face or online and 2:1 or small group training sessions in blocks of 6.
This is for you if you want to:
- Train safely during pregnancy to help prepare for birth
- Repair and restore your body after having a baby
- Lose weight and get stronger physically and mentally
I understand you may not want to or be able to go back to a gym or group environment, all sessions will work around little ones, I'm on hand to entertain them while we focus on your session.
Sessions can take place in your home/garden, a suitable outdoor space or online.
